CONTRACT AND SALES AGREEMENT

Here at Royal toy Poodles I make every effort to guarantee that each puppy is in good health at the time of adoption or delivery. I ask that you have it checked by your vet within 72hrs. of getting it. I have no control over the exposure your puppy encounters after leaving me, so if you choose not to have your puppy examined, then our contract is VOID. I offer a health contract for the first 12 months of life against these life-threatening diseases( heart, kidneys, & liver ). Puppies can sometimes stress when adopted & moved to their new homes, and conditions such as worms, earmites,colds,hypoglycemia, and/orCoccidiosis/Guardia can be dormant, but they are treatable & do not warrent a return. If your puppy should have a life-threatening condition as mentioned above, it can be replaced with another puppy of equal price, size, and/or color when available. Certain conditions must be followed for a replacement to be made. ( See below. ) NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE!!!!!!

The puppy MUST BE RETURNED along with all the paperwork. Vaccinations must be up to date and if any of this is not done, then no exchange will be made. Shipping fees to return a live puppy is done at the buyer's expense. I will ship a replacement puppy at my expense. If the puppy dies, an autopsy/necropsy MUST BE DONE by a licensed vet stating the cause of death. This has to be provided to me before a determination for a replacement can be made. If you choose not to have an autoposy/necropsy done, no replacement will be made. Please remember that a replacement puppy is only given if all terms are met, and a life-threatening condition was diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, not for any other reason.

Expenses incurred after the puppy leaves my care, such as vet bills, autopsy/necropsy, etc. is at the buyers expenses. My contract is null and void in case of accidental injury. Every precaution shuold be taken when handling your puppy as well as providing a safe home environment to avoid an accident. I make no guarantee on size, color, personality, temperment, fertility, or show ability. My puppies are sold as pets, and if you decide to show or breed your puppy, then it is your decision, and I, as the breeder, are not liable. Registration papers are furnished at adoption, or mailed to you if not available when an adoption is done. I am available for any questions, concerns, etc. after the adoption is done, so do not hesitate to contact me.

It is the buyer's responsibility to complete this agreement and it must be returned to me for it to be valid. Can be sent by USPS or FedEx or scanned and attached by e-mail.
